Blosxom.cgiを見せない

Blosxom.cgiを見せないために.htaccessに次のような設定
DirectoryIndex blosxom.cgi RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ blosxom.cgi/$1 [L,QSA]
さくらサーバでこの設定をすると
サブドメインの設定をしていると500エラー(-_-;)
サブドメインを使わない設定にするとうまくいった

どうしてなのかわからない？
