日朝両政府間の包括並行協議は６日午前、２テーマ目となる国交正常化交渉を開始した。０２年１０月以来、１３回目となる今回の交渉では、日本の植民地支配など「過去の清算」のあり方について双方の立場を述べ合った。正常化交渉を重視する北朝鮮側は「過去の清算」としての補償などを迫るとみられ、正常化後の経済協力の実施を確認したい日本側との溝が埋まるかどうかが焦点だ。
