ここからダウンロードしたダウンロードしたファイルを解凍しローカルサーバにアップした
このスクリプトのはき出すコードはEUCで通常のページはshift-JISなので文字化けする。
そこで、スクリプト全部をいったん秀丸で開きシフトJISに変更
そうしたら表示関係もうまくいきました
